Its Been a Minute
Let me start with this: I know this game has been a long time in the making.
I’ve been working on War of the Worlds—in one form or another—for over five years. Multiple versions, countless prototypes, and more than a few roadblocks… plus some serious creative burnout along the way. Between this, and at the time grinding 40+ hours a week at the day job and welcoming my first kid into the world, finding time for game development became a serious challenge. Some of you have followed those early builds and shared your enthusiasm—and I know it was disappointing when I stepped away. For that, I’m truly sorry.
But I know how to make it up to ya!
Me, Brunnski, and Kester (casually known as Team Green) are back in the saddle and cooking up something fierce!
I can say with confidence this game now runs leaner and meaner than anything that came before it.
The newest version is still in development as I write this, but it’s nearly ready—and will be available within the next few weeks to those keen on being early supporters of the project’s development.
I’ll do my best to use these dev-logs to keep you updated week by week on what’s happening, and to maybe show off abit of whats under the hood of the game.

WE'RE BAAAAAAAACK!
Steam is the long term goal. But for now were okay with selling on itch.io at a cheaper price. If we end up doing the multiplayer, steam would be necessity for its p2p networking infrastructure.
Interested in seeing what's coming. I understand how difficult development can be, so good to see you back in action!
Also, congratulations on the child!
