Can you add like a new uppdate that you can drive the tripod on single player or multiplayer like theres a round that who will get chosen to drive a tripod for 5 days in 1 round can you pls add that it will be more fun for me to drive an tripod on multyplayer or singleplayer pls add it in the new uppdate please!

The fix version was there already before. And I just tried to launch it after redownloading and it has still the no sound bug after launching, so it doesn't seem much fixed or updated to me.
Shame. If the developer would at least bother to fix the bugs, the game would be great as it is (with re-enabled survival and darkness/lighting features of old versions).

As the game got redesigned many times (one time even with multiplayer), it's shame though that there aren't any official milestones published because it is interesting to look how the game evolved.
Never thought I'd come back to say something but calm down lads. This is what Gelato does, remember back in the multiplayer update? same thing happened then. He's got his own life besides this game. Just give him the time he needs, and he'll come back.

There are flying machines and handling machines lol. This game is far from finished, and there have been moments before where there was silence followed by an update.
Well, silence followed by a complete redesign from the ground up. Every time Gelato makes some good progress he scraps it and starts from the beginning. Tbh, I don't have a problem with that, I just wish he'd keep us updated.
Whatever the case, I'm holding onto the hope that he'll eventually see this project all the way through. Gelato has made some of the best War of the Worlds games I have seen. There's great potential here.
Gelato, I hope you are alright. Please, take your time. If you are sick or busy with home stuff, or if something in your personal life is keeping you from updating, don't be afraid to take your time.

Guys it didn't update, the page was updated. The game is now marked as Canceled.
It did update, though. It was 0.5, now it's 0.5 (FIX), so there were probably some bugfixes

this game is based on the novel, not the 2005 film, not sure if there will be an update on that film in the future.
